Product Manager

Reporting into the CTO/Co-founder, we are looking for a Product Manager that will serve as a strategic anchor for our Product and Engineering teams, bridging the gap between deep language technologies and enterprise value. You will help guide the direction for complex product areas, and ensure a seamless experience between our open-source core (OpenRewrite), our SaaS platform, and our customer base.

• Collaborate with the leaders to define the long term vision/roadmap for the overall group
• Drive activities to deliver on vision and drive alignment on product strategy and timing.
• Present the roadmap to strategic prospects & customers.
• Collect & leverage customer feedback, user research and data to determine new areas of expansion.
• Lead strategic business-level initiatives, including with team members in other departments.
• Engage with external influencers around their area of expertise.
• Drive knowledge sharing and the adoption of industry best practices around technology and market.
• Drive decision making across the group and with various strategic stakeholders.
• Lead opinionated technical discussions with Engineering teams to evaluate different options to evolve the product with the perspective of the overall business in mind

• 10+ years experience in product management, with hands-on experience driving adoption of features or products (in addition to shipping them)
• Executive Presence and customer-facing confidence (technical & business); ability to both write and speak to influence C-level customers and partners
• Familiarity with infrastructure, developer platforms, DevOps, security, or data infrastructure.
• Background in customer-facing situations, able to land deals, de-escalate and help improve processes where needed
• Systems thinking and creative problem solving approach that considers alternative solutions to shipping a new feature
• Track record of influencing product strategy without direct authority
• Comfortable traveling domestically & internationally for meetings based on business need
