The Agent Tools company providing the intelligence and execution infrastructure that powers faster, more cost-efficient agent-driven software change.

Software development is entering a new era. Organizations are no longer scaling only developers. They are deploying fleets of AI coding agents.
Moderne provides persistent code intelligence, automation, and governed execution infrastructure that enables agents to understand systems and safely execute changes across enterprise codebases.
Fortune 500 enterprises rely on Moderne to accelerate software evolution through portfolio-wide code intelligence, deterministic automation, and coordinated change execution designed for agent-driven engineering.
Moderne was designed to automate large-scale software change. Powered by the OpenRewrite Lossless Semantic Tree (LST), Moderne enables accurate analysis, modernization, security remediation, and coordinated transformation across thousands of repositories.
Organizations use this foundation to continuously evolve complex software portfolios while returning engineering capacity to product innovation.
As coding agents become part of daily development workflows, the constraint is shifting from developer time to reasoning compute and coordination. Agents repeatedly rediscover context across repositories, increasing compute costs and creating new governance challenges. Persistent code intelligence and reliable execution infrastructure allow agent-driven development to operate efficiently across complex environments.
Organizations use Moderne to provide the intelligence, discovery, search, transformation, and execution infrastructure that coding agents rely on to understand systems and deliver reliable change. Teams use Moderne to reduce agent token costs, accelerate modernization initiatives, automate large-scale migrations, and maintain governance across both human- and agent-driven engineering activity.
